Overview

Complete production-ready short path distillation system built around the Chemtech KD6. This is a full turnkey setup — everything you need to run distillation from day one is included. The system has been properly maintained and is ready to go to work.

• Leybold turbo pump for deep vacuum
• Dewar style cold trap
• Multiple Julabo heating baths and circulators covering evaporator, feed tank, condenser, residue, and cold trap zones
• DART Controls speed controllers for feed, residue, and distillate pumps
• Discharge pumps included
• UL-listed Apex Industrial Automation control panel, 230V 3-phase, with vacuum display, emergency stop, and individual circuit breakers for all components
